FAQs (A to Z)

Plans require advance payment (as shown on the checkout screen). You can pay using:

  • Bank transfer
  • EasyPaisa
  • JazzCash

After sending payment, enter your TRX ID on checkout and submit.

Single meals are available on Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable. If an online payment method is shown, you can also pay in advance.

TRX ID is your transaction/reference number shown on the payment receipt (Bank/EasyPaisa/JazzCash). You will see it after sending payment.

  • EasyPaisa/JazzCash: Receipt screen shows “Transaction ID / TID”.
  • Bank transfer: Your banking app shows “Reference / Transaction number”.

Payment verification can take some time. Please ensure:

  • You entered the correct TRX ID.
  • The amount matches your plan total.
  • Your name/phone is correct on the order.

If it is still pending, send us a WhatsApp message with: Order ID + TRX ID + Screenshot of receipt.

Refunds depend on order status and preparation stage. If your plan has not started or the meal is not prepared, we can guide you. Please contact support with your order details.

We deliver in Lahore based on your selected plan/timing. For plans, delivery schedule is finalized after confirmation.

Delivery areas are shown during checkout (or confirmed by support). If your location is not listed, message us and we will confirm availability.

Go to My orders. You will see your order status (Pending / Confirmed / Out for delivery / Delivered).

You can request a change before the plan starts (subject to availability). Message support with your order ID and the plan you want.

Referral benefits apply to plans only, not single meals. If someone uses your referral code, credit is awarded based on the plan rules shown on the Referral page.
